QUOTLESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Purpose and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the access, download, registration, and use of the QUOTLESS Platform, owned by INQIDEA SOLUCIONES DIGITALES SL, with Tax ID B67795864 and contact email info@quotless.com.
By creating an account or using the Platform, the User declares to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Legal Notice.
If the User does not agree with any of these conditions, they must refrain from using QUOTLESS.
2. Age Requirements and Eligibility
Access to QUOTLESS is exclusively permitted to persons aged 18 years or older.
The User declares and warrants that:
- They are 18 years of age or older.
- The data they provide is truthful and up to date.
- They will use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
If QUOTLESS detects use by persons under 18 years of age, the account will be deleted immediately and permanently.
3. Nature of the Platform
QUOTLESS is a creative community oriented towards:
- Writers
- Poets
- Journalists
- Storytellers
- Users who wish to express themselves through text
The Platform allows:
- Creating literary or reflective publications
- Exploring content from other authors
- Commenting, saving, following, and participating in the community
- Interacting with support, reporting, or blocking mechanisms
QUOTLESS is not a platform for sexual, explicit, violent, or inappropriate content.
Any deviation from this nature constitutes a serious violation.
4. Registration and User Account
To use the Platform, the following is required:
- Provide a valid email address
- Create a secure password
- Accept these Terms and Conditions
- Be 18 years of age or older
The User is responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials
- Not sharing their account with third parties
- Immediately notifying any unauthorized access
QUOTLESS may suspend or close accounts that:
- Are inactive for extended periods
- Violate community guidelines
- Exhibit suspicious or fraudulent behavior
5. User-Generated Content
By publishing content on QUOTLESS, the User declares that:
- They own the copyright to the content or have permission to use it
- They do not infringe on third-party rights
- They do not publish illegal or inappropriate content
- They are solely responsible for what they share
License Granted to QUOTLESS
The User grants QUOTLESS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:
- Host their content
- Reproduce it within the Platform
- Display it in feeds, featured sections, or internal emails
- Make technical copies necessary for operation
This license does not allow QUOTLESS to sell the User's content or exploit it outside the Platform, except with express consent.
6. Prohibited Content
The User agrees not to publish, among others:
- Illegal, offensive, or defamatory content
- Threats, harassment, or incitement to violence
- Spam, scams, malicious links, or phishing
- Identity theft
- Sexually explicit, pornographic content or content directed at minors
- Content that infringes copyright
- False information to manipulate other users
QUOTLESS may remove any content that:
- Violates these Terms
- Compromises the security or integrity of the community
- Is reported and deemed harmful
7. Moderation and Reports
The Platform has mechanisms to:
- Report content
- Report users
- Block profiles
QUOTLESS reserves the right to:
- Remove publications that violate the rules
- Suspend accounts temporarily or permanently
- Notify authorities if it detects signs of criminal activity
- Act without prior notice when content is manifestly illegal or dangerous
The moderation team will endeavor to review reports within a reasonable timeframe, prioritizing urgent cases.
8. User Obligations
The User agrees to:
- Maintain respectful behavior
- Use the Platform in accordance with its purpose
- Comply with applicable laws
- Not engage in technical activities that damage the service (hacking, scraping, automation, etc.)
The User will be fully and exclusively responsible for their activity on QUOTLESS.
9. QUOTLESS Liability
QUOTLESS does not guarantee:
- Continuous availability or absence of errors
- Absolute invulnerability of the Platform
- Accuracy or quality of content generated by third parties
QUOTLESS is not responsible for:
- Content created by users
- Damages arising from interactions between users
- Data loss caused by third parties or technological failures
- Actions arising from misuse of the Platform
The User uses QUOTLESS "as is," at their own discretion and responsibility.
10. QUOTLESS Intellectual Property
The entire platform (design, structure, software, logo, brand, original texts, functionalities, etc.) is the exclusive property of INQIDEA SOLUCIONES DIGITALES SL.
Its reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Account Suspension and Deletion
QUOTLESS may suspend or delete accounts when:
- The Terms are violated
- Fraudulent activities are detected
- Content is used without rights or illegally
- Multiple substantiated reports are received
- Use by persons under 18 years of age is verified
- Required by a competent authority
- The User decides to voluntarily close their account
Personal data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12. Updates and Modifications
QUOTLESS may update these Terms to adapt them to:
- Legal changes
- Functionality improvements
- New technical conditions
- Adjustments in internal security or moderation policies
The current version will be the one published on the Platform.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless the law establishes another jurisdiction for consumers.
